Privacy

We collect your name, email address, RSVP, dietary requirements, gift choice, payment status and any message you leave so that we can plan the wedding, record your gift, send a receipt and write a proper thank-you.

Who handles your data

Stripe processes payments. Our hosting, email and analytics providers process only the information needed to run the wedding website. Card details never pass through or remain on this site.

How long we keep it

RSVP and gift records form our private wedding ledger. Guest email addresses will be deleted twelve months after the wedding. We do not use your details for marketing or sell them to anyone.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to the records we need to retain for payment and accounting purposes.
